Ajoy Sharma is a certified yoga teacher, motivational speaker, and a lifestyle coach with a rather interesting journey. In the late '80s, Ajoy was a civil engineer in Bihar, a job he quit with a new vision of life.
He went to pursue an MBA from Canada in the '90s and gravitated towards a successful career in IT but that comes with a price. Excelling in work, he got attached to the chair and fat excelled by 30 pounds. Sweating 6 days a week in the gym and staying on a diet forever did not shake a pound and that gave birth to a life in fitness and health.
Relentless researching and testing health plans on him, Ajoy figured out numerous ways to affect health positively for the long term.
He has been able to successfully guide his circle through their weight loss, a reversal of diabetes, improvements in blood pressure, acid reflux, quality sleep, and higher energy levels.
The moment is here for him to inspire a lifestyle change in a world full of people with diseases, complexes, and insecurities.
